Director updated VSC on status of lease.  BOC approved lease agreement upon County Legal accepting terms.  Still waiting on landowner to accept lease.  May lose part to all of 2020 VSF grant due to continued delays from landowner.

COMMITTEE DISCUSSION
 

Chairman Joe Riker raised concerns about Commissioner Bezotte staying on the VSC if he leaves the Livingston Co. BOC as he was appointed due to his status on the BOC and his placement was intended to provide board oversight.  It was discussed and Chairman will discuss with Chairwoman Griffith to look for clarification and guidance.
