Motion for Committee to make recommendation to consider lease for 5,000 sq. ft. at 1420 Lawson Dr., Howell, MI 48843 in the sum of $9 sq. ft. yr. with NNN not to exceed $5 sq. ft. yr. contingent upon review of County facilities and contractors, for 5 years with an additional 5 year option, and with the agreement that the Veteran Services Committee are notified of all changes to contract prior to Livingston Board of Commissioners Chairman signature.
