Applicant is requesting assistance with a furnace in the amount of $4,800.

Applicant is requesting assistance with up to $5,500 for a roof repair/replacement, as well as $930 for a medical bill (total amount is $6,430). If the committee looks to approve assistance with the roof repair/replacement, counselor is requesting a contingency be approve along side the $5,500 in case any unforeseen added expenses occur due to damage.
