Resolution Adopting the 2021 Livingston County Operating Budget

County Administrator addressed changes since the last presentation, Level 3. Will not be transferring from GF for Capital and Expenditures will match Revenues.  Additional payment to MERS payment. Funding for travel is still not included and is recommending to handle per each request.
